Believe it or not some of our presenters and DJ’s didn’t have any prior experience in radio broadcasting.
We trained most of our team from scratch to the point where they were skilled and confident enough to present live.
Come and join Change FM, you will:
- Learn the skills needed to become a radio presenter or DJ
- Have your OWN radio show
- Learn How to DJ and Mix
- Learn how to record jingles, run interviews and operate industry standard broadcasting equipment.
- Learn some music production using Logic Pro and Reason 3
- Have the opportunity to receive accredited training on Radio Production- this is a proper qualification!
We are recruiting DJ’s, presenters, producers and volunteers living or studying in the Richmond area between the ages of 13-19.

Training
BANG Edutainment Ltd, the parent company of Change FM deliver both accredited & non accredited music & media training in subjects such as Radio, Music Production, DJing and Graphic & Web Design. We offer young people a foundation on which to build a career; encouraging them to discover their passions, develop their strengths and gain direction & focus. What sets us apart from others is our ability to give people real on-air experience through Life FM or one of our other community radio projects, as well as work placements with other organisations/ companies we work with.
Though our training is media focused we also embed Employability Skills (Skills for Life & Personal Development) into our courses to help build people's confidence, and ensure that they are equipped with essential skills needed for the workplace; communication, literacy, numeracy and I.T. It addition to Life FM training activities, we also deliver training across London.
